Mason Health School Based Health Clinic

The Mason Health School Based Health Clinic (MHSBHC) is now open at the South Sound Shelton Family YMCA!

Parents/Guardians can make appointments for their school-aged children or sign a “YMCA School Based Consent for Treatment” form for students attending Oakland Bay Jr. High, Cedar High School, Choice Middle & High School, and Shelton High School to receive services in their guardian's absence. Parents/Guardians still must call to excuse the student from class at the designated appointment time. Health care services may include but are not limited to, routine medical exams, well-child or well-teen care, and evaluation and treatment of acute illness and injuries.
