Tech Services

The Tech Services Department supports most electronic devices and systems in the school district.  We are currently supporting around 1500 computers, 400 printers, and almost 4000 Chromebooks on our district network. Our inter-district network consists of over 120 network switches and 250 WiFi access points.

In addition to device repairs, network design, installation, and monitoring, Tech Services installs licensed software, provides assistance in researching and pricing software and hardware, recommends best applications and methods to accomplish tasks and provides assistance with basic how-to questions.

We also support the phone, door access control, classroom notifications, and video surveillance systems.

Tech Services works with the Teaching and Learning Department to provide students and staff with the technology they need for curricular and assessment needs.  Tech Services works with Teaching and Learning to provide consistency in accounts and class roosters via both Google and Microsoft and their integration with Clever and software suites such as Adobe for curriculum software and website access.

The Tech Services department uses a team approach to complete service requests in the most efficient manner. Our Support Coordinators work with other tech staff to coordinate user and hardware support services for their assigned buildings.  Please give us feedback on the service you have received including the timeliness of the service you received. Current building assignments for coordinator teams are as follows:
